The definitive aim of catechesis

is to put people not only in touch

but in communion, in intimacy,

with Jesus Christ.

Welcome Home!

Welcome to our new team member!

María Lisbeth Turbi is a Catholic missionary who is passionate about science, her Catholic identity, and the Eucharist.  Maria studied Bioscience and is a published author on cancer research.  Her ministry experience includes working with young people in Faith Formation, missionary work in Africa, Central America, and the Caribbean, and she has also been a mentor for underrepresented high school and college students in the state of New York.

Hi everyone!  I am super excited to share my Faith story and love for Christ with the St. Paul family!  I want to help our young people discover the beauty of Catholicism, and support them in their relationship and walk with Christ.  I can't wait to meet all of you!

Family - The Domestic Church

The home is the first school of Christian life and 'a school for human enrichment.'  Here one learns endurance

and the joy of work, fraternal love, generous — even repeated — forgiveness, and above all divine worship in prayer and the offering of one’s life.

-Catechism of the Catholic Church, #1657
